不動産の予算と、そこに建てるお家の予算、外構や照明、エアコンカーテンまで考えながら、提案させていただきました。

プラン段階では、お施主さんといろいろなプランに挑戦しました。

プランは生き物、ちょっとしたバランスや動線の入り方、収納の位置でその家が変わってきます。

お施主さんのご要望を整理しながら、少しずつ、少しずつ、理想のお家に近づけるように、

何度も何度もキャッチボールして、共有してきたデザイン。

元々耐震や省エネ性能に関してもご興味を持たれて、私たちが提案する性能とマッチしていました。

設備や、内外部のあらゆる仕上げ素材に関しても、こだわったここにしかない高性能な木の家。

Kawachinagano has a wonderful living environment. I was involved in the search for land in Kawachinagano. After exchanging information about the site many times, we finally found the site we wanted. We made proposals while considering the budget for the real estate, the budget for the house to be built there, the exterior structure, lighting, and air conditioner curtains. During the planning stage, we tried various plans with the client. A plan is a living thing, and the house changes depending on the balance, flow line, and storage location. While sorting out the client’s requests, we work to bring them closer to their ideal home little by little. A design that we have played catch and shared over and over again. They were originally interested in earthquake resistance and energy-saving performance, and the performance matched what we were proposing. This is a high-performance wooden house that can only be found here, with special attention paid to the equipment and all the finishing materials inside and outside.
